How does it work?

Access via a unique link
The patient opens a unique link, which leads directly to a conversational chat environment.
This link can be found in the Vesalius.ai settings under ‘unique link’, and can be placed wherever you like—such as:- in the appointment confirmation email template sent to patients,
- as a QR code on your website or practice materials,

or shared after a consultation.

Identification in a natural conversation
The chatbot starts a friendly, natural conversation with the patient and asks the patient to identify themselves (e.g. name, date of birth, etc.)
These details are later used to locate the patient in the dashboard. - As an organisation admin, you can decide which details should be requested from the patient.
This can be configured via: Settings > General > Privacy > Patient Identification.
Here, you can toggle individual fields on or off, depending on what information you need to collect.

Understanding the reason for contact
The chatbot then asks about the reason for the consultation. Based on the patient’s response, Vesalius.ai automatically selects and triggers the most relevant active questionnaire configured by the doctor. -
Completing the questionnaire
The chatbot guides the patient through the selected questionnaire in the same chat, making the process feel conversational and easy. -
