By default, the chatbot will ask the patient for the appointment date when they open a PICO link. If you don’t want this question to be asked, you can turn it off.
How to do this:
- Go to Settings > Interactions > Unique Link.
- In the table, find the sixth column 'Ask for appointment date'.
- Switch this option off for the link where you don’t want the chatbot to ask about the appointment date.
- You can hover over the info icon next to the label to see a short explanation: “If disabled, the patient will not be asked for the appointment date.”
What happens if I turn it off?
- The chatbot will skip the question about the appointment date and continue with the rest of the conversation.
- The appointment date will not be available for use in filter components to easily find the conversation.
Default setting:
- This option is always on by default for new links, so the patient is asked for their appointment date unless you disable it.
