When a patient starts a conversation through a patient-initiated link, the chatbot begins by asking for identification details (for example, name or date of birth). These details help you locate the patient in the dashboard.
As an organisation admin, you can decide which identification details are requested. To configure this:
- Go to Settings > General > Privacy > Patient Identification.
- Use the toggles to enable or disable specific fields (such as name, email, phone number, or date of birth).
This allows you to collect only the information you need while ensuring patients can be easily identified within the platform.
