You can create a PICO link that is tied to one or more specific questionnaires. This ensures the chatbot only uses the selected questionnaires when interacting with the patient.


Steps to create a unique link for specific questionnaires:

  1. Go to Settings > Interactions > Unique Link.
  2. In the overview, look for Column 3: Questionnaires.
  3. Click in this column to add one or more questionnaires. The list is organized by type, so you can easily find the right ones. Hover over the type and the underlying questionnaires will show.
  4. Choose one or more questionnaires to link to this specifik URL
  5. Changes will be saved after leaving the field.


How does the chatbot use these linked questionnaires?

  • If one questionnaire is linked:
    The chatbot will always use that specific questionnaire when the patient clicks the link.
  • If multiple questionnaires are linked:
    The chatbot will first ask the patient a few questions to understand their context and then choose the most relevant questionnaire from the ones you selected.


What if no questionnaires are linked?

If you don’t link any questionnaires, the chatbot will continue to use all available questionnaires, just like before.
