How to filter for relevant conversations?

How to filter for relevant conversations?

To filter conversations on the dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the filter button in the top-right corner (it looks like a funnel).
  2. You can filter by the following options:
    1. Every active physician in the organisation
    2. Include deleted conversations
    3. Status of the conversation
    4. Every active questionnaire in the organisation
    5. Date (deadline): Use the “Per Day” option (next to the "as list" option) to view conversations based on their deadline, organised by consultation time.

Make sure to deactivate your filters when you’re finished, as they will remain active until manually turned off.
