Using Vesalius Scribe as a stand-alone module (no pre-conversation needed)

Ideal for walk-ins, urgent consults, or quick follow-ups.

How do you start?

1. Go to the Interactions dashboard

2. Click the “+” button → choose Interaction

   1. 
3. Select an existing patient (Interaction) or conduct it anonymous (Anonymous interaction)

4. Click Start recording

5. Conduct your consultation normally

   1. To get the best results, make sure you use a device with a good microphone, and speak clearly into it.

6. Click Stop recording when finished

7. After a few seconds, Scribe will show a structured summary you can copy into the EHR and convert into a clinical letter

   1. By default, the output is generated in the classical SOAP note format — however, you can fully customize this in the settings. For more information about the customisation you can click on this link.

8. You can still add or delete notes from the generated output simply by typing or removing text

   1. Or you can also reactivate the record button and speak to the system, the agent will automatically add your additional information to the notes.

9. You can now generate the letter based on the notes you gathered via the generate button:
