This mode allows you to activate the Scribe bot directly inside the same patient conversation the patient completed before the consultation. This keeps all pre-consult information and the real consultation summary together in one place, so you can easily generate a complete letter.
How do you start?
- Open the patient’s Vesalius conversation.
- Go to the conversation detail page and scroll down to the consultation module.
- Click Start recording.
Conduct your consultation normally.
For the best results, use a device with a good microphone and speak clearly into it.
- Click Stop recording when you are finished.
- After a few seconds, Scribe shows a structured summary that you can copy into the EHR and convert into a clinical letter.
By default, the output is generated in the classic SOAP note format, but you can fully customise this in the settings. Read more in this article.
You can still add or delete notes from the generated output by typing or removing text. You can also reactivate the record button and speak to the system again; the agent will automatically add your additional information to the notes.
Tip: the Scribe bot output can be fully customised using templates, based on your preferences and workflow.
